In jedem der Cluster arbeiten mehrere Projektpartner gemeinsam an L\u00f6sungen. Je eine Institution koordiniert den Forschungsverbund. Die Kompetenzcluster binden alle relevanten Stakeholder aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft partizipativ ein.
